Shipping Cost Chart

The shipping zones are to help calculate the shipping charge for your shipment.  Shipping charges are calculated according to the  distance between our store and the destination of the package.  

All merchandise is shipped from our Wellesley location Monday through Friday.  Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. If you need a faster delivery, please let us know by e-mail or phone when placing your order. If the item is in stock we can ship it by Express Mail. Please contact us for details. 

Shipping Charges

Bulk or oversized orders or items, such as wave masters, mats and punching bags, will require an additional fee that will be added to your order. These charges may vary depending on the size and weight of the item being shipped.  Orders of $100 or over will receive free standard shipping but will be charged the oversize fee when applicable. 

International orders do not qualify for Free Shipping.

Wholesale customers will be charged a shipping fee that is equal to the actual post office charge.  We do not add any additional shipping or handling fees to wholesale orders.

Returns and Exchanges

Dragon Connection will accept any returns or exchanges of items that are undamaged, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.  All items must be suitable for resale and special or custom orders will not be accepted for return or exchange.  All items sold as sets must be returned as sets. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. You will be credited for the full amount, less the shipping and handling charges, by credit card or store check. There will be no cash refunds.

For all orders paid by check there may be up to a 10 day delay to allow the check to clear. Once the check clears you will be issued a refund check for the amount of the merchandise returned.

Weapons

When purchasing weapons please be advised that they are sold for training only under expert supervision, for demonstration of forms, collection, or display. Dragon Connection is not responsible for improper or illegal use or modification of any weapon purchased through our website or in our store. Use or misuse of weapons may cause injury and the customer assumes all risks of injury. To minimize the chance of injury, user should inspect weapons before each use to insure they are in proper condition and not use them for sparring or contact. Weapons will not be sold to any person under the age of 18.

Sparring Gear

Sparring gear is intended to reduce the risk and the severity of accidental injury to the protected areas. It is designed for light or no contact martial arts sparring only and not for other, more intense uses. It should be used only under the supervision of a skilled instructor who monitors the intensity of sparring. All sparring participants should wear a full set of equipment that is in good condition and not one that is old, modified, damaged or improperly fitted to assure best protection.
